Nit: Can you call it DM365_OSD_BASE. If we were to include REG in the
name, then it should be done consistently. So we would instead have
DM365_KEYSCAN_REG_BASE.

This expression does not make much sense. It is same as BIT(5). You
needed a mask and an enable?
