Subject: [PATCH v3] irq-imgpdc: add ImgTec PDC irqchip driver

Add irqchip driver for the ImgTec PowerDown Controller (PDC) as found in
the TZ1090. The PDC has a number of general system wakeup (SysWake)
interrupts (which would for example be connected to a power button or an
external peripheral), and a number of peripheral interrupts which can
also wake the system but are connected straight to specific low-power
peripherals (such as RTC or Infrared). It has a single interrupt output
for SysWakes, and individual interrupt outputs for each peripheral.

The driver demuxes the SysWake interrupt line, and passes the peripheral
interrupts straight through. It also handles the set_wake interrupt
operation to enable/disable the appropriate wake event bits.

Changes in v3:
 - split from other TZ1090 patches and removed arch/metag changes. This
   should allow the patch to go upstream via tip/irq/core which it is
   now based on (since it depends on generic irqchip stuff).
 - switched to using generic irqchip (driver reduced by 42 lines).
   Peripheral irq callbacks don't use generic functions as the register
   they modify also contains wake bits so may be modified elsewhere, so
   it cannot be cached.
 - use irq_setup_alt_chip instead of __irq_set_handler_locked to switch
   between edge/level sensitive interrupts (syswakes).
 - changed device tree bindings to use a single number in the interrupt
   specifier instead of two. Peripheral interrupts are 0-7, and SysWake
   interrupts are 8-15. This allows irq_generic_chip_ops to be used.

Changes in v2:
 - irq-imgpdc: use cached versions of irq_en and irq_route registers
 - irq-imgpdc: switch to using raw_spinlock
