Subject: [PATCH] Documentation: Fix bad merge with tmpfile documentation

Commit 48bde8d3 (Document ->tmpfile()) had a bad merge in vfs.txt,
where it put the new tmpfile prototype in the middle of the atomic_open
prototype.
