I would have done it by converting all the printks to use pr_<level>
and adding pr_fmt.  This standardizes all log output from bnx2i to be
prefixed with "bnx2i: " instead of a mix of unprefixed, "bnx2i: " and
"bnx2i - "

Coalesce all format fragments.
Fix typo in format.
Use %s: and __func__ instead of embedding formats
Add missing "\n" at end of format
Fix enable/enabled grammar
