Subject: [PATCH] mmc: sdhci: fix possible scheduling while atomic

sdhci_execute_tuning() takes host->lock without disabling interrupts.
Use spin_lock_irq{save,restore} instead so that we avoid taking an
interrupt and scheduling while holding host->lock.
