Do these DVB-C receivers work with an earlier kernel on this machine?
If so, that's technically not a regression, but it's still a bug that
needs to get fixed.

Can you enable xHCI dynamic debugging (make sure you have
CONFIG_DYNAMIC_DEBUG turned on), and send us more of the dmesg before
the host died?
