Subject: [PATCH] net: ethernet: intel: ixgbe: ixgbe_main.c:  Cleaning up missing null-terminate after strncpy call

Added a guaranteed null-terminate after call to strncpy.

This was partly found using a static code analysis program called cppcheck.
