To enable dynamic debugging (as root):

    echo 'module usbcore =p' >/sys/kernel/debug/dynamic_debug/control
    echo 'module ehci_hcd =p' >/sys/kernel/debug/dynamic_debug/control

Do this before you carry out the suspend, and post the resulting dmesg 
log.
