What I suggested should allow any of:

	DECLARE_FOO
	_FOO_DEFINE_BAR
	FOO_BAR_DEFINE_BAZ
	FOO_BAR_DECLARE_BAZ_QUX

where FOO/BAR/BAZ/QUX can also have digits
