Should fix it. How about following change?
#ifdef CONFIG_SLUB
__setup("slub_nomerge", setup_slab_nomerge);
#endif
__setup("slab_nomerge", setup_slab_nomerge);
This makes "slab_nomerge" works for all SL[aou]B.
