Subject: [PATCH 1/1 v2] driver:mtd:spi-nor: Add Micron quad I/O support

For Micron spi norflash,you can enable
Quad spi transfer by clear EVCR(Enhanced
Volatile Configuration Register) Quad I/O
protocol bit.
