Subject: [PATCH 2/2] ARM: qcom: Update defconfig

After removing ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB we need to select
CONFIG_GPIOLIB to keep building the pinctrl drivers. Make the
defconfig smaller too by running savedefconfig.
