Maybe we could reintroduce TIF_IRET for this purpose instead of
(ab)using TIF_NOTIFY_RESUME.  Then we would only do the opportunistic
check for those cases (ptrace, audit, exec, sigreturn, etc.), and skip
it for interrupts.
