Subject: [PATCH 09/21] ARCNET: com90xx: remove unneeded macros
The simple macros ARCRESET, ACOMMAND, ASTATUS, AINTMASK are unnecessary
indirections to the use of registers. This patch removes them and
improves the readability of the code.
