Subject: [PATCH 3.19.y-ckt 088/102] bridge: netlink: account for the IFLA_BRPORT_PROXYARP attribute size and policy
3.19.8-ckt7 -stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

From: Nikolay Aleksandrov <nikolay@...ulusnetworks.com>
commit 355b9f9df1f0311f20087350aee8ad96eedca8a9 upstream.
The attribute size wasn't accounted for in the get_slave_size() callback
(br_port_get_slave_size) when it was introduced, so fix it now. Also add
a policy entry for it in br_port_policy.
