Subject: [PATCH 1/2] serial: 8250_ingenic: delete redundant "select SERIAL_EARLYCON"

SERIAL_8250_INGENIC depends on SERIAL_8250_CONSOLE, which already
selects SERIAL_EARLYCON.

This line is redundant.
