Subject: [PATCH 0/6] tip-queue 2015-11-23

From: Borislav Petkov <bp@...e.de>

Hi Ingo,

here's this week's queue.

"x86/microcode: Initialize the driver late when facilities are up" is
for tip-urgent as it fixes a regression which came into the 4.4 merge
window.

The rest is 4.5 stuff.

Thanks.

Borislav Petkov (6):
x86/cpu: Unify CPU family, model, stepping calculation
kvm: Add accessors for guest CPU's family, model, stepping
x86/cpu/amd, kvm: Satisfy guest kernel reads of IC_CFG MSR
x86/microcode: Initialize the driver late when facilities are up
x86/cpu: Fix MSR value truncation issue
x86/MSR: Chop off lower 32-bit value
