Changes since v1: added PATCH 4/5 and 5/5.

1) Fix comment style in ring_buffer.c
2) Remove unneeded smp_read_barrier_depends() from hyperv.h
3) Unify hv_ringbuffer_peek/read() functions
4) Unify vmbus_recvpacket()/vmbus_recvpacket_raw() functions
5) Eliminate hv_ringbuffer_peek().
