Subject: linux-next: manual merge of the akpm-current tree with the drm tree

Hi Andrew,

Today's linux-next merge of the akpm-current tree got a conflict in:

  drivers/gpu/drm/omapdrm/omap_gem.c

between commit:

f4302747af02 ("drm: omapdrm: gem: Move global usergart variable to omap_drm_private")

from the drm tree and commit:

0cf445f1b0c1 ("mm, dax, gpu: convert vm_insert_mixed to pfn_t")

from the akpm-current tree.

I fixed it up (see below) and can carry the fix as necessary (no action
is required).
