Do we need all of these? Specially considering that we're only using the
even ones? You may want to consider something like
arch/arm64/kvm/hyp/entry.S does.

you're at it.

Why do you need to store it on the stack? You could do a "mov lr, x0",
and drop the last load of the sequence below...
