Fix following DTC warnings in Exynos5420 Peach Pit:

Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): Node /dp-controller@...B0000/ports/port@0 has a unit name, but no reg property
Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): Node /i2c@...D0000/lvds-bridge@...ports/port@0 has a unit name, but no reg property
Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): Node /i2c@...D0000/lvds-bridge@...ports/port@1 has a unit name, but no reg property
