Just use rv4162 as your compatible string. That is what the mainline dtsi
is doing for the phycore som:

$ grep -C 2 rv4162 arch/arm/boot/dts/am335x-phycore-som.dtsi

	i2c_rtc: rtc@68 {
		compatible = "rv4162";
		reg = <0x68>;
		status = "disabled";
