Subject: [PATCH v4 5/5] ACPI : enable ACPI_PROCESSOR_IDLE on ARM64

Now that ACPI processor idle driver supports LPI(Low Power Idle), lets
enable ACPI_PROCESSOR_IDLE for ARM64
