Oh, I may be wrong. It should be ok for companion controller by using
this patch. Yoshihiro, do all below variables are NULL after both hcds
call usb_otg_register_hcd?

otg->primary_hcd.hcd->shared_hcd
otg->primary_hcd.hcd->primary_hcd
otg->shared_hcd.hcd->shared_hcd
otg->shared_hcd.hcd->primary_hcd
