Followup: Reverting both 'MIPS: Sync icache & dcache in set_pte_at' and 'MIPS:
Handle highmem pages in __update_cache' fixes the mips build problem for me.
Tested in 4.4 and 4.6. I also ran a qemu test with 4.6 after reverting those
patches, which passed.
