Subject: [Linux 4.8-rc1 Bisected] Clock on boot Xen HVM guest starts at 31/12/1999

L.S.,

I'm seeing an issue when using a Linux 4.8-rc1 kernel in a Xen HVM guest (PV
guests and dom0 are uneffected). The clock is always set to 31/12/1999 on boot
of the guest, instead of the system clock time.

Bisecting seems to point out commit:
463a86304cae92e10277b47180ac59cf93982e5b char/genrtc: x86: remove remnants of asm/rtc.h
