Pulled, thanks a lot Arnaldo!

JFYI, I noticed these new warnings in the build log, we should probably take care
of these out of sync headers eventually:

 Warning: arch/x86/include/asm/cpufeatures.h differs from kernel
 Warning: arch/x86/include/uapi/asm/vmx.h differs from kernel
 Warning: arch/powerpc/include/uapi/asm/kvm.h differs from kernel
 Warning: arch/arm/include/uapi/asm/kvm.h differs from kernel

... but it's not a showstopper.

Thanks,

	Ingo
