Subject: [PATCH] hid: cp2112: select GPIOLIB_IRQCHIP instead of depending on it

GPIOLIB_IRQCHIP is not visible to user, so we can't depend on it.

Depend on GPIOLIB but select GPIOLIB_IRQCHIP.
