 allocation in snd_ca0106_pcm_open_capture_channel()

From: Markus Elfring <elfring@...rs.sourceforge.net>
Date: Sat, 12 Aug 2017 19:09:23 +0200

Omit an extra message for a memory allocation failure in this function.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.
