Subject: [PATCH] drivers/fmc: make structure fmc_dbgfs_sdb_dump static and include fmc-private.h

From: Colin Ian King <colin.king@...onical.com>

The structure fmc_dbgfs_sdb_dump is local to the source and does not
need to be in global scope, so make it static. Also, fmc-private.h
should be included to fix up two sparse warnings on fmc_debug_init
and fmc_debug_exit.

Cleans up sparse warnings:
symbol 'fmc_dbgfs_sdb_dump' was not declared. Should it be static?
symbol 'fmc_debug_init' was not declared. Should it be static?
symbol 'fmc_debug_exit' was not declared. Should it be static?
