I think that 'select EXTCON' is enough. Actually, EXTCON is not
a upper framework of this device driver. This device driver uses
the EXTCON API as the additional feature.
If user enables 'PHY_BCM_CYGNUS_USB', CONFG_EXTCON is enabled.
I think it is enough.
