 memory allocation in stifb_init_fb()

From: Markus Elfring <elfring@...rs.sourceforge.net>
Date: Fri, 24 Nov 2017 22:22:06 +0100

Omit an extra message for a memory allocation failure in this function.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.
