What if existing permission model is overezealous?
/proc/*/auxv, /proc/*/environ, /proc*/cmdline, /proc/*/mem opened
for reading and process_vm_readv(2) should do PTRACE_MODE_READ and
everything else should do PTRACE_MODE_ATTACH.
