The option blacklisting-implementation has recently been updated, so
this patch would no longer apply. Could you please respin this on top of
Linus's tree or my usb-next branch:

Also, I'm trying to move away from adding redundant id-defines, so
please use the numerical values directly in the table and add a short
comment after the entry with the product name instead.
