Subject: [PATCH 1/1] drivers/dio : Changes Makefile to avoid acciental
 compilation.

Changes Makefile so 'make drivers/dio/' won't compile this driver
unless CONFIG_DIO is enabled.
Previously, it would compile independently of .config file.
