I think I see the problem. locks_remove_flock calls flock_make_lock and
passes it a pointer to a file_lock that lives on the stack. That
file_lock is not zeroed out beforehand, and fl_ops is not overwritten
during the initialization in flock_make_lock.
I went ahead and updated this patch to zero out the file_lock structure
in locks_remove_flock.
