Maybe still call this if_fmt, or maybe csi_fmt, to indicate this is not
just the userspace visible input format as determined by the pad, but
the modified format we set the interface to? Not a strong preference,
though.

We can just pass the &priv->format_mbus[priv->active_output_pad] here,
or keep using struct v4l2_mbus_framefmt *outfmt as a shorthand.
