Subject: [PATCH] cpuidle: use BIT() for idle state flags and remove CPUIDLE_DRIVER_FLAGS_MASK
Use BIT() macro to do a small tidy-up. The CPUIDLE_DRIVER_FLAGS_MASK
is not being used, so remove it.
