I think it is better to initialize pp->msi_irq_chip outside
dw_pcie_allocate_domains(), it makes things clearer.
In:
dw_pcie_host_init() for dwc
or
msi_host_init() for platforms with that hook implemented.
Is there any gotcha I am missing ?
