You are right. It shouldn't depend on MODULES. The code that deals with
modules so they don't get unloaded has dependency on MODULES, not all
of it. I see the problem now.

I will update au0828 to select MEDIA_CONTROLLER and update the module
logic and send v13. Maybe that is the lucky version :)
