When you resend a patch with some modifications you have done after
receiving some feedback, don't forget to increase the version of your
patch . One can do this by adding the `-v2` flag at `git format-patch`
command. It is also a good practice to changelog what modifications you
did bellow the `---` mark.

for a complete documentation.
