Subject: [PATCH] bluetooth: Cleanup formatting and coding style

Fix some warnings and one error reported by checkpatch.pl:
- lines longer than 80 characters are wrapped
- empty lines inserted to separate variable declarations from the actual
  code
- line break inserted after if (...)
