Subject: [PATCH v2 15/23] tty: serial: fsl_lpuart: Introduce lpuart_stopped_or_empty()
The check for
uart_circ_empty(xmit) || uart_tx_stopped(&sport->port)
appears in multiple places in the driver. Move it into a helper
function.
