Subject: [PATCH] ACPI/IORT: Remove the unused __get_pci_rid()

Since commit bc8648d49a95 ("ACPI/IORT: Handle PCI aliases properly for
IOMMUs"), __get_pci_rid() has become actually unused and can be removed.
