Subject: [PATCH 1/9] drivers: cdrom: fix horizontal whitespace

Add, remove and adjust whitespace as needed.
This includes:
 * Missing spaces around operators
 * Removing trailing whitespace
 * Removing whitespace from tabs
 * Converting spaces to tabs
 * Fixing wrong indentation

These whitespace errors were mainly reported
by scripts/checkpatch.pl
