I have found a workaround preventing these hangs.
Primarily, disable THP:
echo never > /sys/kernel/mm/transparent_hugepage/enabled
echo never > /sys/kernel/mm/transparent_hugepage/defrag
and next, we should increase vm.min_free_kbytes, in my case 16Gb is
enough
vm.min_free_kbytes = 16777216
