Subject: [PATCH][next] Input: libps2 - Use fallthrough pseudo-keyword

In order to enable -Wimplicit-fallthrough for Clang[1], replace the
existing /* Fall through */ comment with the new pseudo-keyword
macro fallthrough[2].
