sizeof(*cluster)

This is also missing an allocation check

INIT_LIST_HEAD(cluster) should be closer to the allocation of cluster,
instead of interspersed with the devm_of_platform_populate.

What happens when there are 2 R5's and the zynqmp_r5_probe of the second
fails? What cleans up the first one?

i++ looks unused.

How would z_rproc be NULL here?

> +		if (rproc) {

z_rproc is allocated as part of rproc, so after the rproc_free, any
z_rproc access is accessing already free'd memory.

Also, why is z_rproc->rproc (and tx_chan, and rx_chan) being set to
NULL here?
