Can you elaborate on how this helps?
I think you should document that tlb_gen_completed only means that no
outdated TLB entries will be observably used. In the x86
implementation it's possible for older TLB entries to still exist,
unused, in TLBs of cpus running other mms.
How does this work with arch_tlbbatch_flush()?
