I have just run some functional  tests on thx2 with rt-app: I have run
a periodic task (6ms running / 30ms periods) at different frequencies
(2.5Ghz, 2Ghz, 1.5Ghz, 1.333Ghz, 1Ghz) and the PELT signals stays the
same for all frequencies.
